Emeline is a Sports Massage Therapist at Mode Physiotherapy in Woodborough, Nottingham. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from Birmingham City University and has been providing tailored massage and rehabilitation support since 2018.
With a background in personal training dating back to 2015, Emeline blends her fitness expertise with clinical rehabilitation skills to help clients recover from injury, improve mobility, and prevent future issues. Her combined focus on strength and conditioning, functional movement, and therapeutic massage enables her to deliver effective, personalised treatment for clients of all ages and activity levels.
Whether supporting someone through pain, helping an athlete optimise performance, or promoting general wellbeing, Emeline’s approach is practical, supportive, and centred around helping people move better and feel stronger.
