Emeline Howitt

Emeline is a skilled Sports Massage Therapist at Mode Physiotherapy, based in Woodborough, Nottingham. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from Birmingham City University in 2020 and has been delivering tailored massage treatments since 2018.

With a foundation in personal training dating back to 2015, Emeline combines her fitness expertise with rehabilitation skills to support clients in recovery and injury prevention. During her studies, she gained hands-on experience working with local football teams, using massage techniques to aid player rehabilitation and return-to-play plans.

Emeline continues to work as a rehabilitation practitioner within a large NHS organisation, further broadening her clinical scope.
