Clinic - The Health Club Woodborough

Highly experienced

Private Consultation Room

At the centre of our clinic is a quiet, comfortable consultation room designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. We understand that a calm environment can make a real difference in how you experience care, so we’ve created a space that’s professional without feeling clinical, and welcoming without being overwhelming.

Whether you’re coming in for an initial assessment, injury treatment, or ongoing support, our physiotherapists take the time to listen and tailor their approach to your needs. The room is set up to encourage open conversation and focused, one-on-one care. It’s a space where you can feel confident that your concerns are being taken seriously and where you can feel comfortable and relaxed while receiving treatment such as manual therapy, injection therapy or sports massage.

Our clinic is well-positioned to serve communities across Nottinghamshire, including Southwell, Burton Joyce, Calverton, Gedling, Mapperley, Lowdham, Arnold, and Ravenshead. We’re proud to be a local provider that people trust for straightforward, effective physiotherapy close to home. The consultation room is also equipped with everything needed for thorough physical assessments, movement analysis, and treatment planning. Whether you’re dealing with a recent injury, managing a recurring issue, or seeking preventative advice, our team is here to support you with clear guidance and practical solutions. We aim to make each visit feel purposeful and reassuring, helping you take confident steps toward recovery.

Rehabilitation Facilities

The private members gym is quiet and low-key, making it ideal for people who prefer a more private setting than a busy commercial gym. It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, and the atmosphere is geared toward steady progress rather than performance pressure. Our physiotherapists work alongside you to ensure every session is purposeful and aligned with your recovery. We regularly support clients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries such as ligament sprains, muscle strains, joint pain, and post-operative rehabilitation following procedures like ACL reconstruction or rotator cuff repair.

The space is also used for managing persistent conditions like lower back pain, tendinopathies, and for general strength and conditioning. For our paediatric patients, we provide tailored programmes to address developmental delays, coordination difficulties, and conditions such as Sever’s disease or Osgood-Schlatter disease. By combining targeted exercise with expert guidance, we help patients of all ages build strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in their movement.
