Our Pricing & Payment Options
At Mode Physiotherapy, we offer a wide range of appointment types to suit your individual needs—from physiotherapy assessments and follow-ups to sports massage and rehabilitation sessions.
For sports massage appointments, we kindly ask that your first session be a minimum of 45 minutes. This allows our therapists to carry out a thorough initial assessment and tailor your treatment effectively.
We also offer remote consultations and specialist appointment types such as:
- Diagnostic referral packages (e.g. MRI referrals)
- Injection clinics
- Diagnostic imaging appointments

We aim to make payment as simple and flexible as possible. You can pay securely online at the time of booking, or choose to pay in clinic using cash or card—whichever works best for you.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy Initial Appointment

At an initial appointment one of our specialist physiotherapists will take a full history and spend time assessing the nature of your problem. They will also commence some treatment. If you have previously been assessed by us for a different problem, then you will need to book a new initial assessment.
Physiotherapy Review Appointment

At your follow up appointment, we will re-assess your progress and continue with your treatment plan. Please note, if you have previously had an appointment with us for a different problem, then you will need to book an initial assessment appointment.
Physiotherapy Online/Telephone Appointment

At an initial online/telephone appointment one of our specialist physiotherapists will take a full history to understand the nature of your problem. They will then provide you with a management plan.
At a follow up online/telephone appointment our physiotherapists will undertake a review of your condition and progress or modify your management plan.
Please note, remote/telephone consultations require pre-payment at the time of booking, but can be refunded if cancelled more than 24hrs in advance of your appointment.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage 60 Minutes

This appointment type is also suitable if you require a whole body sports massage, with additional focus on certain areas.
At your first sport massage appointment with Mode Physiotherapy, we will undertake a brief history of your problem or sport massage needs. We will also check for any allergies or contraindications to treatment.
Sports Massage 45 minutes

This appointment type is also suitable if you require a whole body sports massage.
At your first sport massage appointment with Mode Physiotherapy, we will undertake a brief history of your problem or sport massage needs. We will also check for any allergies or contraindications to treatment.
Sports Massage 30 Minutes

This appointment type is most suited for people requiring a single site only massage (e.g lower back).

Diagnostic Imaging Packages
Physiotherapy Assessment with MRI referral and review
£120*
This appointment and referral package includes one of our advanced practice physiotherapists assessing your condition, determining the most appropriate MRI scan for your needs, and referring you to one of our trusted local partners for the investigation. Once the results are available, they’ll review them with you by phone and discuss a personalised care plan.
*NOTE: The appointment does not include the cost of the actual MRI investigation. This will be billed separately by our local partner on the day of your scan.
Physiotherapy Assessment with Ultrasound Imaging
£160
This appointment involves an assessment with an advance practice physiotherapist and sonographer. If you have a soft tissue injury and would value the added benefit of an ultrasound scan as part of the assessment, then this is the appointment for you.
Our clinician uses state of the art mobile ultrasound imaging and can discuss the findings there and then within the appointment.
